Returns and Exchange Policy
- Sheel Green attempts to be as accurate as possible in its products and pricing information. However, since it is all natural plants so it may differ slightly from the picture displayed.
- Products damaged/defective or with shipment errors will be accepted for returns and/ or refund as per your desire.
- For returns our product, you have to request for a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 days of receiving your order. You can request for a RAN by e-mailing the below details to email@example.com.

- Product details as per the Invoice
- Reason for return in detail, within the acceptable norms.
- Once your case for a return or exchange is reviewed, Sheel Green will issue RAN to you via e-mail. You will need to quote this number on your returns package. We recommend that items be returned to us either via Blue Dart or any other secure courier service provider. The items should be couriered within 3 days of receiving the RAN.
- Products will be accepted for return only if they are in their original packaging with all Sheel Green and designer garment tags, labels and price tags still attached. If Sheel Green has reasons to believe that the products returned appear used and/ or are used, then the product will not be accepted and will be sent back to you and/or a refund refused at Sheel Green’s sole discretion.
- Returns / Exchange are not applicable to list of categories and products under the `SALE’ category and any other items that Sheel Green may notify from time to time.
- Store Credit granted for certain products under RAN will be valid for 3 month from the date of availability. Store Credit can typically be used to purchase all products but in certain cases it can be used only for specific brand and/ or designer label. Information with respect to this will be put up on the site against the relevant product.
- Products should be returned at Sheel Biotech Limited, RZ-2705/30, Sheel House, Main Jagdamba Road, Tughlakabad Extn., New Delhi - 110019, India between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations are possible only before Sheel Green has shipped the product. In this case Sheel Green will refund you the entire amount paid for the order. If Sheel Green has shipped the product(s) then cancellation will be as per the return policy.
- You will receive refunds by online transfer/cheque or through credit to your card/ bank account, within 15 working days from the date of cancellation or the date we receive the product and we have verified and are satisfied that it fulfills the parameters contained in this policy for returns.
- Cheques will be in the name as in the “billing name”.
